Two Mustard Bytes Ltd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Two Mustard Bytes Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on TinyPRD, even if Two Mustard Bytes Ltd or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
The materials appearing on TinyPRD could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Two Mustard Bytes Ltd does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Two Mustard Bytes Ltd may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
TinyPRD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to generate PRDs ("Generated Content") for your personal and commercial use. You retain all intellectual property rights to the Generated Content. However, you grant TinyPRD a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display the Generated Content for service improvement, analytics, and research purposes.
Two Mustard Bytes Ltd has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Two Mustard Bytes Ltd of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
Two Mustard Bytes Ltd may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

If you choose to purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Billing is done automatically on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
We may offer a free trial. For new accounts, the free trial lasts 7 days and includes up to 50 PRD generations with full feature access. Trial duration and generation limits may vary by offer and/or when you signed up; any previously granted trial terms are honored as granted.
When your trial ends, you may still have read-only access to view and export existing PRDs, but generating new PRDs may require an active subscription.
We do not offer refunds for subscription fees. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
